Responsibilities For RME Manager, Reliability Maintenance Engineering
- Apply Amazon Safety Policy and work with Safety team to improve site safety
- Manage overall building and facilities maintenance at Istanbul site
- Deploy Early Life Cycle process for successful launches
- Support equipment engineering including specification, purchase and maintenance systems
- Lead engineering process-improvement and standardization efforts
- Drive engineering and facilities requirements
- Promote improvement in Amazon's Fulfillment effectiveness
- Ensure procedural adherence to industry operating standards
- Share and apply best practices across regions
- Present weekly performance data
- Hire, lead and develop a scalable team
Requirements For RME Manager, Reliability Maintenance Engineering
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering
- Qualified Engineer with Electrical and/or Mechanical background
- Significant experience in fast-paced industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Experience in Mechanical and Electrical installations
- Experience in Maintenance of Material Handling Equipment
- Experience with Health and Safety legislation
- Computer skills (MS Office, CMMS, AUTOCAD)
- Project Management Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
