  • Design new robotic industrial automation servo driven workcells from concept to production
  • Design industrial control panels and complex electrical systems
  • Write requirements and functional specifications
  • Develop field support hardware diagnostics tools
  • Work with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality organizations
  • Deep-dive drive electronics issues and optimize configurations
  • Travel to vendors, installation sites, and manufacturing partners

Requirements For Robotics Electrical Engineer, Vulcan Stow

Linux
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in the design of complex electrical products and equipment
  • Established background in Robotics or Mechatronic Systems
  • Configuration management PDM and PLM experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with teams of hardware and software engineers
  • Ability to effectively communicate concepts and proposals
  • Desire and energy to work in a fast-paced agile environment
