Responsibilities For Robotics Systems Engineer, Amazon Robotics Deployment Engineering

  • Oversee installation, troubleshooting, integration, and commissioning of Amazon Robotics equipment
  • Work with team of 1-5 engineers and collaborate with on-site project manager
  • Provide technical oversight on installation of robotics equipment
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including third-party installers and contractors
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop process documentation for new products
  • Support and guide installation of robotic technologies at Amazon fulfillment centers

Requirements For Robotics Systems Engineer, Amazon Robotics Deployment Engineering

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related STEM field OR 1+ years of equivalent experience
  • Graduation date before June 2025
  • Experience working on mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings and/or CAD models
  • Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems
  • Willingness to work in construction or warehouse environment
  • Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Valid US driver's license
