Responsibilities For Robotics Systems Engineer, Reliability and Automation Engineering Team (RAE)

  • Drive implementation of maintenance and repair solutions for Amazon Robotics systems
  • Analyze large-scale data from databases, PLCs, sensors, and controls equipment
  • Lead Kaizen and process improvement events
  • Design and implement preventative maintenance standards
  • Develop automated reporting through SQL and Quicksight
  • Provide guidance to maintenance teams and field technicians
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and technical project delivery
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Requirements For Robotics Systems Engineer, Reliability and Automation Engineering Team (RAE)

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in technical STEM or Engineering discipline
  • Experience in reliability engineering, manufacturing engineering, or lifecycle engineering
  • Industrial/robotics maintenance experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% globally
  • Lean Six Sigma experience
  • Experience coding in Python, SQL, or R
  • Experience with automated conveyor systems, controls, and industrial electronics
  • Understanding of electrical and electronic principles
