Description For Robotics Technical Support Engineer

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding team in London. This role combines technical expertise with customer obsession to maintain over one million Amazon robots operating 24/7. The position offers comprehensive training in robotics, making prior robotics experience non-essential.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be part of Amazon's top-tier Robotics problem-solving team, working alongside global specialists across the US, EU, and APAC. Your responsibilities will include deep-diving into technical issues, collaborating with on-site teams, handling high-severity incidents, and contributing to process improvements.

The role provides an excellent opportunity for growth through comprehensive internal training, hands-on mentorship, and additional training at customer locations. You'll work with cutting-edge robotics technology, solving complex technical problems that directly impact Amazon's operations.

Key aspects of the role include service restoration, collaboration with various technical teams, participation in high-severity troubleshooting sessions, and process improvement initiatives.   • Provide remote technical support through tickets, phone, and chat

Requirements For Robotics Technical Support Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years of technical support experience supporting enterprise systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting including log analysis and dashboard interpretation
  • Proficiency with Linux and SQL queries
