This role combines technical expertise with customer obsession to maintain over one million Amazon robots operating 24/7. Requirements For Robotics Technical Support Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years of technical support experience supporting enterprise systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting including log analysis
  • Proficiency with Linux and SQL queries
