Amazon Robotics is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team in London. This role combines deep technical expertise with robotics systems support, focusing on maintaining over one million Amazon Robotics systems running 24/7. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotics technology while providing critical support to Amazon's global operations.

The role involves investigating and resolving technical issues through an in-house ticketing system, working with hardware and software faults, and collaborating with on-site technicians and software development engineers. You'll be part of a global team spanning the US, EU, and APAC, providing remote technical support and participating in critical issue resolution.

Prior robotics experience isn't required - Amazon values strong technical expertise in other domains and provides comprehensive training. The work schedule includes one weekend day to maintain 24/7 support coverage, with a hybrid working model combining office and remote work.
