The Finance Operations team at Amazon is seeking an RPA Application Engineer to automate tasks across various systems, including packaged applications and home-grown products. As part of a world-class team, you'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand current processes, research related systems, make recommendations for future designs, and develop bots accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop complex automation solutions using various methods to support automation initiatives
- Collaborate with end users and team members in design, development, testing, and maintenance of automation projects
- Engineer process patterns to create reusable assets within the architecture
- Utilize process automation best practices to ensure automations meet business requirements and efficiency targets
- Consult on and/or develop multiple automation projects, ensuring delivery within given timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Certified UI Path or Blue Prism developer
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL best practices
- Experience with global systems and solutions
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Create robots with attention to detail and self-auditing controls
- Manage production issues and escalate as appropriate
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Services Development and Integration Experience
- Experience with Oracle Financial Application (OFA)
- Work in an agile/scrum environment using JIRA or similar
- Strong technical knowledge of Blue Prism in a multi-organization and multi-set of books environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with diverse business customers and drive consensus
- Solid interpersonal skills and effective communication across functional and technical lines
