Responsibilities For Satellite Test Engineer, Integrated Vehicle Testing

  • Develop, augment, and support integration and testing of components from subsystems to full spacecraft
  • Work with avionics, payload and software teams to gather requirements and design test plans
  • Own integration campaigns and collaborate with engineers to deliver thoroughly tested spacecraft
  • Communicate across teams to identify product risks and ensure mission success
  • Develop complex test automation sequences using scripting languages
  • Develop innovative hardware and processes to optimize testing capabilities

Requirements For Satellite Test Engineer, Integrated Vehicle Testing

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science or related field
  • 1+ years of hands-on testing experience
  • 1+ years of experience in design and validation of hardware systems
  • 1+ years of experience in a development environment
  • 1+ years experience developing and executing test plans for complex aerospace, automotive or consumer electronics systems
  • Experience scripting or programming with Python or C
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to export control laws
