As a Satellite Test Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in testing and qualifying integrated satellites for this revolutionary network. The position combines hands-on technical work with strategic thinking, requiring expertise in both systems-level and specialized testing.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering, operations, tooling, supply chain, and quality teams, making you a vital connection point in the production process. The role involves both leading production on the assembly line and contributing to new production introduction. Your input will be essential in improving design engineering for both new and existing hardware.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $86,900 to $185,000 based on location and experience, plus potential equity and sign-on bonuses. You'll be working with cutting-edge technology in satellite communications, contributing to a project that aims to bridge the global digital divide.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, has strong problem-solving abilities, and wants to be part of a mission-driven team. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, capable of making data-driven decisions, and able to work collaboratively across multiple engineering disciplines.
