Amazon Pay's Core Processing - Cards & Netbanking team is seeking an Engineer to help build industry-leading payment experiences. This role focuses on India-first products, aiming to provide Amazon Pay customers with secure, compliant, and friction-less payment experiences. The team processes over 1.6 billion successful payments annually, supporting 15+ Amazon India businesses including Retail Marketplace, Prime, and PrimeVideo.

You'll work on innovative solutions like OTP reader and auto-submit, CVV-less transactions, and unified recurring payments. The role offers exposure to both client-side innovations and fault-tolerant Tier1 distributed systems. You'll collaborate with various payment industry partners, including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and AMEX.

The position offers significant learning opportunities across diverse problem spaces, from frontend innovations to backend systems. Team members rotate across different areas for comprehensive growth. Major initiatives include CVV-less transactions, 3DS 2.0 optimization, and real-time monitoring.
