Amazon's Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) post-training team is seeking an exceptional ML Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge technology in the field of Large Language Models. The role demands exceptional technical expertise, combining software development skills with deep machine learning knowledge. You'll work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in design approaches, prototyping new technology, and evaluating technical feasibility.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional software development experience and 2 years of system design experience. You'll need strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business partners. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 based on location and experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
