Security Detection Engineer, AWS Security

The role involves working with data scientists, software development engineers, and other security engineers to develop innovative security solutions at massive scale. Your work will directly protect every AWS customer, both internal and external, from security threats. The team's work is regularly highlighted at re, re, and the AWS Security Blog.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and prioritize security problems that can be detected using automation
• Develop detection prototypes to enhance security capabilities
• Identify opportunities to prevent security issues at scale
• Perform exploratory data analysis on security telemetry
• Write code for proofs of concept
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust automated solutions
