Security Engineer, Dedicated Security Team

The position involves leading security diligence for acquisitions, designing post-close security roadmaps, and enabling Amazon subsidiaries to secure their environments through innovative solutions. As a Security Engineer, you'll build and manage services that detect and automate cybersecurity threat mitigation across Amazon's infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with data scientists and software engineers to develop innovative security solutions
• Building services that proactively protect internal and external customers
• Supporting threat modeling and creating actionable risk reduction plans
• Conducting pre-acquisition security due diligence
• Creating secure integration roadmaps for new acquisitions
• Acting as a Trusted Advisor across the organization
