Responsibilities For Security Engineer I, Customer Service Security Response Operations (CSSRO)

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on incident response & technical investigation lifecycle
  • Respond to Incidents and provide leadership to security analysts
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations into threat and fraud abuse reports
  • Influence service teams to develop systems with security best practices
  • Design & Build security-related services for internal customers
  • Develop and mentor other security engineers and analysts
  • Participate in or lead post-mortem analyses
  • Find opportunities to improve from security incident investigations

Requirements For Security Engineer I, Customer Service Security Response Operations (CSSRO)

  • 2-3+ years of work in related technical security roles
  • 2-3+ years of experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Related Information Security Certifications
