Responsibilities For Security Engineer, WWPS Solutions Architecture
- Respond to security incidents and proactively prevent future incidents
- Design and coordinate security event responses across multiple teams
- Build security utilities and tools for high-speed and wide-scale operations
- Evaluate security threats and coordinate risk mitigation
- Communicate effectively at different levels of sensitivity and knowledge
- Implement security engineering best practices
- Fulfill regular on-call responsibilities
Requirements For Security Engineer, WWPS Solutions Architecture
- BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or other technical degree or 3+ year's equivalent technology experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in incident response, application security, network security, security operations, or network engineering
- Experience using industry-standard SIEMs, especially ElasticSearch
- Experience with security operations of Window and Linux operating system environments
- Experience working with AWS security services
- Must be a U.S. citizen
