AWS Data Center Engineering (DCE) - Security Solutions Engineering team is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to join their innovative team. Responsibilities For Security Systems Engineer, DC Security Solutions Engineering
- Lead design and implementation of network layouts for physical security systems
- Configure and maintain network devices and security systems including IP cameras, NVRs, and access control systems
- Lead integration of security devices into existing networks
- Support ingestion of new Security IoT devices into AWS DCE Security Solutions lab
- Conduct regular system audits and maintain system documentation
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Develop standard operating procedures and lead training efforts
- Participate in system engineering and design reviews
- Manage projects from concept through deployment
Requirements For Security Systems Engineer, DC Security Solutions Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related engineering degree
- 5-10 years of experience in Electrical/mechanical systems and security systems design
- 5-10 years of experience managing large projects
- 3-5 years of experience in data center or critical equipment design
- 3-5 years of experience in technical documentation development
- 3-5 years of experience with network devices, cameras, and IoT devices system design
