  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and design reporting solutions
  • Build detailed understanding of CS processes and how they map to data
  • Work with various data sources and large data sets
  • Drive automation and scaling of data processes
  • Create self-service tools
  • Build knowledge of latest tools and technologies
  • Partner with data engineering teams
  • Manage timeline and deliverables of projects

Requirements For Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, Amazon Customer Service

Python
  • Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
  • Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis
  • Experience with AWS technologies
  • Experience in scripting for automation (Python) and advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning and data mining
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience in the data/BI space
