Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, EU Consumables Customer Engagement

Amazon is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer for their EU Consumables division to drive data-driven customer experience improvements. This role sits within the Consumables Customer Experience (CCE) team, focusing on CX, Item Data Quality, and Engagement for EU Consumables business.

You'll be responsible for creating comprehensive analyses of customer journeys, developing automated reporting systems, and building Quicksight dashboards that enable data-driven decision making.
