Responsibilities For Senior Front End Engineer, AFT Flow
- Design and implement innovative UX/UI features
- Mentor and coach other engineers
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Influence product strategy and roadmap
- Optimize front-end performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Work backward from customer needs to design and build large-scale systems
- Manage multiple UIs under the AFT Flow Engineering organization
- Set up vision for complete suite of UIs owned by multiple teams
- Communicate results and provide technical guidance to the business
Requirements For Senior Front End Engineer, AFT Flow
- 5+ years of front-end developer creating prototypes or wire-frames for enterprise web applications
- 4+ years of professional front end development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience developing with MVC/MVM frameworks (e.g. React.JS, AngularJS, Vue)
- Knowledge of security technology and concepts
- Deep expertise in modern front-end technologies including React, Redux, TypeScript
- Experience with server-side rendering and progressive web apps
- Strong understanding of state management patterns
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
