Senior Front-End Engineer, AWS Industry Products, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Life Sciences

The AWS Industry Products (AIP) team directly collaborates with strategic customers on game-changing emerging technologies, building new industry-specific products to directly impact and transform industries at AWS scale. AIP products focus on delivering customer value by reducing the complexity and expertise required to build and operate modern digital industries on AWS.

As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will:

• Lead long-term architecture, design, and development efforts for AWS Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions in Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Life Sciences
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and technical leaders to define technology strategy
• Balance short-term constraints with current and future business needs
• Foster adoption of best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Train, mentor, recruit, assess, and provide career guidance to less experienced engineers
• Work to understand customer problems and deliver working solutions
• Drive productive discussions among engineering teams, product managers, UX designers, solution architects, and customers
