You'll be instrumental in developing software applications and services for an advanced global telecom service, specifically focusing on managing and monitoring Kuiper's terrestrial devices. As part of the Customer Engagement Systems team, you'll be responsible for developing the architecture and solutions for managing the complete customer lifecycle of telecom services. This includes identity and account management, subscriber management, billing and payments, customer support tools, and analytics.
