The role requires a strong background in software development, particularly in the games industry, with expertise in C++ and experience with major game engines.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in the games industry. You should be comfortable leading design and architecture decisions, mentoring team members, and working in a collaborative environment where your decisions have significant impact. Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow is highly valued.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 per year depending on location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical coverage.
