AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is seeking a Senior ISV Account Manager to drive revenue, adoption, and growth across their Independent Software Vendor portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of technology sales and strategic partnership development, requiring a skilled professional who can navigate both technical and business landscapes.

The position involves working directly with C-level executives, IT leaders, and development teams to facilitate digital transformation initiatives and drive AWS adoption. You'll be responsible for managing key ISV relationships, developing and executing long-term strategies, and promoting AWS's comprehensive suite of cloud solutions.

As part of AWS, you'll join the world's leading cloud platform provider, known for its rapid pace of innovation and comprehensive service offerings. The role offers significant opportunity for professional growth, with access to extensive knowledge-sharing resources and mentorship programs.

  • Leading relationships with AWS ISV customers
  • Defining long term strategies and leading their execution
  • Working with AWS experts and executives to support customer innovation
  • Delivering digital transformations through engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects & developers
  • Establishing AWS as the key cloud technology provider across ISV accounts
  • Promoting the entire AWS product and services portfolio to ISVs
  • Empowering customers to solve challenges while attaining operational and innovation goals

Requirements For Senior ISV Account Manager, AWS Sales, AWS ISV Sales

  • Experience as a quota carrying technology field sales individual or business development professional
  • Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects
  • Fluent in both German & English
  • Experience selling cloud solutions (preferred)
  • Experience leading cross functional teams (preferred)
  • Experience closing multimillion dollars deals (preferred)
