The Facilities Coordinator at Amazon will have a significant impact on customer experience, leading and managing external contractors, handling emergencies, multiple projects, and daily activities while meeting tight deadlines. This role is responsible for developing plans to accomplish engineering departmental goals, leading the technical team in providing both reactive and proactive maintenance services on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure within the Fulfillment Center (FC).

The ideal candidate will have practical engineering experience, including a supervisory role, knowledge of automated equipment, and experience working with health & safety standards. They will be responsible for monitoring and responding to RME customer requests through a trouble ticketing system and ensuring quality service from annual maintenance contract vendors.
This role is part of the Site RME team, which manages all building engineering and facilities-related issues and projects, including soft services and technical services for both the base building and material handling equipment (MHE).
