Senior Operations Engineer, AMZL Process Engineering

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is undergoing growth at an unprecedented level on a global scale. Our logistics teams are changing the way we interact with customers around the globe every single day and solving some of the biggest logistical challenges facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry. We are seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to support the Process Engineering team. This individual will be the owner of a process/product roadmap and ensuring delivery to the vision of the next generation of AMZL delivery station.

Responsibilities include:

• Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of product features and enhancements for the next generation of AMZL Delivery Stations.
• Work closely with partner teams in Engineering, Tech and Operations to build impactful products.
• Identify new programs to onboard and integrate.
• Lead execution of the product with high-level discipline and engagement with the product development teams.
• Present concepts, designs, program updates and roadmap to senior leadership frequently.
• Hold partner teams accountable for delivery of project roadmap.
• Drive a culture of innovation across the AMZL Strategic Planning and Process Engineering Org.
• 30% travel based on business needs.

To be successful, you'll need to influence and work with senior leaders across multiple organizations and geographies, manage large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity, and advocate on behalf of the customer.
