Senior Operations Engineer, RSR DE & AMZL Speed

AMZL Speed is experiencing unprecedented growth, managing 200+ delivery stations across North America. This senior role will be crucial in shaping the future of Amazon's logistics network and customer delivery experience.

As a Senior Operations Engineer, you'll own process/product roadmaps and ensure delivery of AMZL Speed's vision. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive end-to-end product delivery from conception to execution during a critical growth phase.

The role involves:

• Leading new delivery program implementation across the AMZL Network
• Managing complex initiatives and program integration, including CAPEX oversight
• Collaborating with multiple organizations including WW Engineering and Design, Tech SMEs, and Last Mile Delivery
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in logistics processes
• Developing integrated product solutions based on customer needs
• Monitoring network performance and leading program improvements
• Providing strategic updates for various business reviews (WBR, MBR, QBRs)

Daily activities include stakeholder management, participating in various review meetings, conducting site visits for process observation, handling program escalations, and preparing comprehensive program updates.
