Senior Operations Engineer, RSR DE & AMZL Speed

AMZL Speed is experiencing unprecedented growth, managing 200+ delivery stations across North America. This senior role will be crucial in shaping the future of Amazon's logistics network and customer delivery experience.

As a Senior Operations Engineer, you'll own process/product roadmaps and ensure delivery of AMZL Speed's vision. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive end-to-end product delivery from conception to execution during a critical growth phase. You'll collaborate with senior leaders across multiple organizations including Worldwide Engineering and Design, Tech SME, Last Mile Delivery, Operations, and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end coordination of new delivery programs implementation
• Define business cases and manage capital expenditure for delivery programs
• Develop integrated product solutions based on customer needs
• Drive innovation culture across AMZL Strategic Planning
• Launch network-level programs using established playbooks
• Monitor network performance and drive continuous improvement
• Provide program updates for various business reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR)

The role combines strategic planning, technical expertise, and operational excellence. Daily activities include stakeholder management, participating in various review meetings, conducting site visits for process observation, handling program-related escalations, and preparing comprehensive program updates.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $107,600 to $177,900 per year based on location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
