Senior Operations Engineer, RSR DE & AMZL Speed

AMZL Speed is experiencing unprecedented growth, managing 200+ delivery stations across North America. This senior role will be crucial in shaping the future of Amazon's logistics network and customer delivery experience.

As a Senior Operations Engineer, you'll own process/product roadmaps and ensure delivery of AMZL Speed's vision. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive end-to-end product delivery from conception to execution during a critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of new delivery programs across the AMZL Network
• Define business cases and manage capital expenditure for delivery programs
• Develop integrated product solutions based on customer needs
• Work independently in ambiguous environments
• Drive innovation culture within Strategic Planning and Process Engineering
• Launch network-level programs using established playbooks
• Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement
• Provide updates for various business reviews (WBR, MBR, QBRs)

The role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring collaboration with multiple stakeholders including Worldwide Engineering and Design, Tech SMEs, Last Mile Delivery, Operations, and Safety teams. Daily activities involve stakeholder management, participating in various review meetings, conducting site visits, handling program escalations, and preparing comprehensive updates.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $107,600 to $177,900 per year based on location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
