Senior Process Innovation Engineer, Amazon Logistics

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a Senior Process Innovation Engineer to lead the development of next-generation delivery stations and logistics systems. This role sits within the WW Process Engineering Innovation team, focusing on designing world-class delivery stations and implementing cutting-edge automated material handling equipment. The position offers a unique opportunity to drive end-to-end product delivery from inception to execution at a critical time in Amazon's growth.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple organizations including WW Engineering and Design, WW Tech SME, Last Mile Delivery and Tech, and Operations teams across different geographies. You'll be responsible for managing large, complex initiatives and advocating for customer needs while developing the next generation of AMZL delivery stations.

Working with highly skilled engineers in a fast-paced environment, you'll focus on medium and long-term innovation of process infrastructure, layout, and standards for both new and existing delivery stations. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in material handling equipment, and the ability to influence senior leaders across organizations.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $107,600 to $177,900 based on location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical coverage.
