Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Alexa Audio

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer on the Alexa Entertainment Domain Team, you'll have a significant impact on customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge products used daily.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing comprehensive test strategies and QA methodologies for Alexa Audio Services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand quality requirements and design effective test strategies
• Creating and executing test cases, scripts, and scenarios for various software components
• Identifying and documenting defects, issues, and areas for improvement
• Performing root cause analysis of complex issues
• Defining key metrics for measuring software quality and test effectiveness
• Mentoring other QA engineers and ensuring adherence to best practices

You'll work directly with Product Management, Development, and Design teams to ensure the best experience for Alexa entertainment audio featured products.
