Amazon's Corporate Services Security team (CPSS) is seeking a senior security engineer for their Large-Scale Risk Reduction team (LSR). This role focuses on protecting critical business services and identifying systemic risks across Amazon's corporate infrastructure. The position offers an opportunity to work with various security teams, including Product Security, Red teams, and Blue teams, to drive strategic risk reduction at the highest levels.
The role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring the ability to identify patterns, develop scalable solutions, and implement complex technical projects at Amazon's scale. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security domains such as Pentesting, Red Teaming, Security Architecture, and Application Security, along with strong AWS knowledge.

Responsibilities For Senior Security Engineer, Large-Scale Risk – Corporate Services Security
- Work with Product Security teams, Red teams, and Defensive teams to identify systemic issues across the enterprise
- Partner with builder teams to understand challenges and root-cause issues
- Write compelling narratives for stakeholders to understand risk and impact
- Write crisp executive summaries for presentation to stakeholders and executives
- Develop innovative accelerators, tools, and mechanisms for complex issues
- Facilitate forums with principal engineers to drive consensus on solutions
- Develop and propose solutions to solve complex security problems at-scale
Requirements For Senior Security Engineer, Large-Scale Risk – Corporate Services Security
- 6+ years of experience in two or more security domains: Pentesting, Red Teaming, Security Architecture, Data Analytics, SDLC, and/or Application Security
- 3+ years of experience with AWS technologies and services
- Experience driving deep dive campaigns in large, complex organizations
- Demonstrated proficiency with Python, C/C++, Lua, Golang, or Rust
