Senior SoC Validation Engineer, Amazon Devices

Amazon Lab126, established in 2004 as an Amazon.com subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer to join their innovative team. This role focuses on defining and delivering validation methodology for pre-silicon, emulation, and hardware prototyping platforms, as well as post-silicon efforts for custom multi-media SoCs targeted for next-generation Amazon consumer devices.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile devices like the Kindle family of products, Echo line of products, Fire TV, and Fire phone. As a Senior Validation Engineer, you'll collaborate with Silicon and System Architecture, Product Planning, and Technology Platform teams to validate hardware and software for custom SoCs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ASIC/SoC validation, strong expertise in various protocols and interfaces, and a deep understanding of firmware and Linux systems. You'll be responsible for understanding complex SoC architectures, writing detailed test plans, and implementing validation strategies across multiple platforms.
