Senior Solutions Architect, Healthcare and Life Sciences

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking experienced and motivated technologists with a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills for the role of Senior Solutions Architect in Healthcare and Life Sciences. In this position, you will partner with some of the world's largest Healthcare and Life Sciences companies to design highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems and accelerate AWS service adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with account managers to drive growth across global customers in your region
2. Acting as a trusted customer advocate, helping organizations understand best practices for advanced cloud-based solutions and workload migration
3. Shaping and executing strategies to build mind-share and broad use of AWS within enterprise customers
4. Connecting technology with measurable business value
5. Participating in deep-dive education and design exercises to create world-class solutions on AWS
6. Conducting training sessions and contributing to customer-facing publications
7. Building relationships with senior technical individuals within customer organizations

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong understanding of large-scale computing solutions
• Experience in systems or support engineering
• Passion for educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions
• Ability to work with diverse, global customers
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
