Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. As a Senior System Development Engineer for Kuiper Network Services, you will have an exciting leadership role in Project Kuiper, enabling you to architect and build software for managing Project Kuiper's ground Points of Presence that provide connectivity for Kuiper's customers to external networks.

You will work on designing and building host management features for the Kuiper Point of Presence solution, including host provisioning, imaging, firmware updates, patching, and monitoring of infrastructure. This role involves implementing and testing software on prototype/production environments, delivering high-quality solutions, operating service fleets, and handling customer issues.

Compensation ranges from $136,100/year to $235,200/year, depending on geographic location and other factors. Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package and may include equity and sign-on payments as part of the total compensation.
