As a Senior Systems Technical Program Manager on the Enterprise Service Delivery team, you'll play a crucial role in bringing fast, affordable broadband to underserved communities worldwide. Responsibilities For Senior Systems Technical Program Manager, Kuiper Enterprise Service Delivery

  • Support Proof of Concepts, demos, and tech trials at Executive Briefing Centers
  • Work directly with customers to enable Kuiper broadband service activation
  • Support partners and system integrators in deploying LEO satellite solutions
  • Build sales enablement material and technical trainings
  • Run tests on the Kuiper network and benchmark against competitor products
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and business development leaders
  • Develop system integration best practices, processes, and tools

Requirements For Senior Systems Technical Program Manager, Kuiper Enterprise Service Delivery

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience
  • Experience with IP networking and wireless technologies and testing
  • Design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee due to export control requirements
