AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) is seeking a Site Risk & Due Diligence Manager to play a crucial role in shaping the future of AWS' infrastructure growth. This position involves leading technical site due diligence projects and partnering with stakeholders across the AWS infrastructure organization. The role requires a strong background in technical program management and the ability to deliver multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

As part of AWS Infrastructure Services, you'll join the team responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. You'll work alongside software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, and security experts to ensure AWS customers have continual access to cloud innovation.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical program management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, and strong technical risk management capabilities. You'll be responsible for evaluating prospective datacenter sites, coordinating technical studies, and making recommendations for site acquisition, design, and engineering decisions.

  • Scope technical studies and analysis for prospective datacenter sites
  • Hire and oversee engineering and technical consultancies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Evaluate site risks and constraints on development costs and schedules
