Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Technical Account Manager in the Enterprise Support ISV segment, where you'll play a crucial role in helping Independent Software Vendor customers maximize their AWS cloud technology value. As a trusted advisor and operational excellence expert, you'll develop close relationships with customers across all business levels, understanding their operational needs and technical challenges. You'll provide strategic technical guidance, help plan and build solutions using best practices, and ensure customers' AWS environments remain operationally healthy.

The role combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen, requiring you to craft and execute strategies with senior stakeholders up to C-level. You'll be responsible for driving AWS service adoption, addressing strategy-related queries, supporting project planning, and resolving operational challenges. Working within one of AWS's fastest-growing organizations, you'll collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.

  • Guide and provide technical guidance to customers within AWS
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy and optimized
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, architecture, and risk management
  • Consult with stakeholders from developers through to C-suite executives
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects and other teams
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions and metrics
  • Plan and execute cloud migration strategies

  • Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Cloud Architect
  • Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems
  • Experience with compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, analytics, security, applications development
  • Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant architectures
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services
