The role involves working with AWS technologies including Elastic Search, Lambda, ECS, EDP, SQS, DynamoDB, and more to build mobile-first products. You'll be part of a team that has enabled over 5 million neighbourhood stores and achieved 64% revenue growth. The Amazon Pay Rewards program, launched in March 2019, has significantly impacted customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You'll collaborate with talented engineers, managers, product owners, and designers to build features like Instant Bank Discount, No Cost EMI, and Exchange Discount. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a creative, startup-like environment while being at the center of Amazon's innovation. You'll own the software design, documentation, development, and support of the rewards platform.

The role combines technical challenges with business impact, allowing you to work on mathematical, economic, and gamification models to engage customers sustainably.
