Software Dev Engineer II, Flex Onboarding and Account Management

Amazon Flex is a global business unit dedicated to enabling fast delivery speeds and managing business variability through scalable, innovative, and cost-effective operations using independent contractor Delivery Partners (DPs). The Amazon Flex Account Management Experience team is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join their mission of creating a user-friendly experience for Delivery Partners.

As a key member of the engineering team, you'll work on complex problems in software engineering, focusing on building and supporting configuration-driven systems that adapt to program requirements across 8 countries. The role involves creating and delivering services, features, and software solutions for onboarding and account management of new providers in the Last Mile organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development skills, particularly in front-end development (React, JavaScript, TypeScript). You'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including Operations, Fulfillment, Product, and Program Managers. The position requires a go-getter attitude and passion for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions.

The compensation package is comprehensive, ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 per year based on geographic location, plus equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of medical and financial benefits.
