Software Development Engineer, Alexa Skills Kit

Alexa+ is Amazon's next-generation, AI-powered digital assistant designed to be more conversational, intelligent, and personalized than previous versions. As part of the Alexa Skill Build Platform team, you'll be responsible for enabling internal and external partners to build exceptional Alexa+ experiences by managing the lifecycle of "experts" - systems, capabilities, APIs, and instructions that allow Alexa+ to accomplish specific customer tasks.

The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) to build software that runs on millions of Echo devices. You'll be part of a close-knit team that pushes boundaries while maintaining high standards for quality and operational excellence. Daily activities include morning huddles, whiteboard design discussions, project implementation, and code reviews.

The Alexa Skills Kit (ASK) organization is dedicated to making Alexa more natural, accurate, conversational, and personalized.
