Software Development Engineer, Amazon Connect (AWS)

We are looking for passionate and talented Software Development Engineers to join us to innovate on Amazon Connect, a highly disruptive cloud-based contact center that enables businesses to deliver engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Own code end-to-end from design to development
• Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
• Develop scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus
• Work with modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data, and more

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 3+ years of building complex software systems experience
