Software Development Engineer, Amazon Connect - Entity Resolution

AWS Solutions is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their innovative team working on customer engagement services. The role is within the Customer Engagement division, which powers over 20 billion customer interactions daily through services like Amazon Connect, Amazon Pinpoint, and Amazon SES. As an ideal candidate, you'll need to be creative, responsible, and capable of diving deep into emerging serverless AWS technologies. The role requires someone who can think about business opportunities, operational issues, architectural diagrams, scalability, security, and customer perspectives simultaneously. You should have strong expertise in programming languages, distributed microservices, serverless computing, and performance engineering.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 per year based on geographic location, plus equity, sign-on payments, and additional benefits.
