Amazon Payment Products (APP) Tech organization is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their Core Services team. This role is crucial in developing technology that serves various payment businesses including Co-branded Credit Cards, Private Label Credit Cards, Global Installment Lending, and card-based Installments. The position offers an opportunity to work on high-impact features serving worldwide clients and customers.

The role involves working in a fast-paced environment using agile methodology and lightweight Service Oriented Architecture design patterns with Native AWS applications. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining foundational services that handle critical payment operations including acquisitions, servicing, fraud prevention, and financial offers.

As a member of the APP Core Services team, you'll be working with distributed systems, focusing on performance and scalability.
