AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We're the people who keep the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure customers have continual access to innovation.

We're looking for talented software engineers to join our diverse team working on the most challenging problems in the supply chain. You'll collaborate with people across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a Sustainability Data Platform hosting analytical and predictive models
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to build large data models
  • Work with Data Scientists to create predictive models for enhancing decision-making
  • Build systems to measure and provide actionable decisions to reduce carbon footprint
  • Contribute to Amazon's commitment to achieve net-zero carbon by 2040
  • Work on innovative technology to manage AWS's growing portfolio of renewable energy investments
