Description For Software Development Engineer, AWS Hardware Engineering

Join AWS Hardware Engineering team and drive system innovation in servers used by Amazon Web Services, including EC2, S3, EBS and CloudFront. As a Software Development Engineer, you'll work on complex problems that fuse software, hardware, and cloud computing. The role involves owning next-generation CPU and Memory components across AWS infrastructure, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design, develop, and launch solutions at scale.
