AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their team responsible for the backbone of AWS's global infrastructure. This role is central to the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS data centers worldwide. You'll be working on AWS Revolution (Rev), the primary system for managing critical build-related milestones in data center construction. The position offers an opportunity to impact billions of dollars in infrastructure spending and shape the future of cloud computing.

The team is expanding Rev's capabilities in 2025, focusing on integrating it with various AWS systems to streamline construction activities and financial management. You'll collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary teams, working on challenging problems that directly affect AWS's global infrastructure. The role combines technical expertise with business impact, as you'll be developing solutions that manage and optimize AWS's massive data center operations.

As part of the AWS Infrastructure group, you'll be involved in crucial decisions regarding data center setup, equipment procurement, installation, and operations. The supply chain planning group is building new automated tools for tactical and strategic decision-making, from day-to-day operations to long-term network design.
