Amazon's Customer Engagement Technology (CET) department is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their innovative team. This role is part of a multi-year, large-scale enterprise software program focused on enhancing customer service operations. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including Machine Learning and Generative AI to revolutionize customer service experiences.

The CET team's mission is to create Earth's best customer service solutions through automation and self-service capabilities. You'll be working on developing and enhancing services that power Customer Service Landing Pages, Chat features, and Voice capabilities. The role involves collaboration with senior engineers and business partners to shape product vision and implement robust systems.

As part of Amazon, recognized as #1 in Customer Service, you'll contribute to a global Product and Technology team whose innovations define the next generation of customer experience. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 based on location and experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and 401(k).
