The Contact Handling Experience (CHEX) team within Amazon's Customer Engagement Technology (CET) is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their mission of creating Earth's best customer service solutions. This role focuses on building scalable platforms and robust architecture for thousands of customer service associates across multiple marketplaces. The position involves working with machine learning techniques, big data, and experimentation to improve customer service experiences.

As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions, collaborating with leaders to identify and solve customer needs, and contributing to the next generation of Customer Service technology in partnership with AWS teams.
