We're building sophisticated conversational AI systems that handle customer issues at scale across multiple languages. The role focuses on developing and maintaining inference infrastructure for customer service chatbots, leveraging cutting-edge LLM technology.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for building robust deployment pipelines, implementing ML inference services, and creating systems that combine multiple models for coherent, contextual responses. You'll work with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and ensure high performance in production environments.

The team operates at the intersection of customer service and advanced AI technology, creating solutions that enhance both customer experience and associate productivity. We use machine learning for response recommendation, conversation summarization, and machine translation to break down language barriers.
